The Science Behind Biodecoding: How Emotions Affect Our Health

Research has proven that there is a strong connection between the body and mind, and that our emotions can have a big impact on our health. Emotions like fear, anger, and sadness when not expressed can cause a stress reaction that affects a part of the brain which in turn reacts to a part of our body as a solution of adaptation to our repressed emotions. This can result in a variety of physical symptoms, including headaches, digestive problems, intolerances and allergies.

Emotional conflicts and their negative impact on health

What wasn’t expressed verbally is expressed by your body as a health issue! For this category of ailments, I work with my patients to find the biological code behind this conflict. Some examples: people who have a conflict with feeling trapped or stuck would suffer breathing problems, whereas someone who has a struggle with feeling unsupported might experience back pain, someone not being able to organize the territory or put a limit can develop urinary infection…

For allergies and food intolerances, I find the negative association your brain has made with a particular food, animal or dust and break this association so the allergen becomes innocent and the symptoms disappear, or unexplained fears I find an old shocking event that programmed for it.
